Wiltshire Mind are an independent local mental health charity based in Melksham, Wiltshire and provide county-wide services. They are affiliated to the national charity Mind and support people who are experiencing mental health problems and emotional stress. Since February 2019, Wiltshire Mind have been offering counselling to young people from the age of 11 upwards, in addition to the counselling and peer support groups that they offer to adults.
